This man is my local member!
He has taken Kevin Rudd's device of asking then answering his own questions to it's logical extreme. He simply isn't there. Just as he missed the long consultation appointment with the Australian public, he has been conspicuously absent from his electorate, Warringah.
This is he joy of being the sitting member in a safe (11.3%) electorate.
